Park Rules

Plum Branch RV Park (PBRVP) Community Standards and Guidelines Happy Camping Policies:

Speed Limit 10 MPH throughout the park.
Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM.
USA or military service flags permitted only (no political flags, signs or banners).
Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior. Children twelve (12) and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Dumpster is picked up weekly on Friday mornings. Trash permitted in your RV or dumpster only.
Maximum of 2 vehicles (excluding RV) per site unless approved by PBRVP.
No Clotheslines.
Guests must remain on their reserved site or in public areas – do NOT drive, walk, or otherwise infringe upon any other site, occupied or not.
Commercial sales activities are not permitted in or from the Park. This includes the solicitation of others on Park property.
Use of generators is only permitted in the event of a power outage.
Zero tolerance for illegal drugs on the property at any time.

Pets:

Animals must be on a leash at all times outside of your RV (except for any designated off-leash areas).
No pets can be left unattended outside of your RV.
Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of bags in the dumpster. A $25 fine will be assessed for not picking up after your pet.
Excessive barking or nuisance animals are not tolerated.
PBRVP is not responsible for any animals or occurrences that occur on any part of the property.

Camp Fires:

All Campfires must be in approved fire rings and on gravel.
NEVER leave a fire unattended and always extinguish completely.
Only wood should be burned in fire rings. Fire rings may not be used to dispose of cans, bottles, food, cigarettes, or trash.
